Volunteers Needed for Fort Walton Beach Jaycees Haunted House!
The Fort Walton Beach Jaycees are now looking for volunteers for the 2013 Haunted House. We need help with decoration, playing a monster or working security. Your organization or group of friends can decorate and maintain your own room. The Haunted House will be open October 18,19,25,26,30-Nov. 2 from 8:00pm until everyone is scared away! All artists needed during building Haunted House, to airbrush or paint plywood designs on walls for frightening. To assist at the Haunted House, we ask that children be 16 and older unless a parent volunteers with them (This makes a great family event!) Everyone will need to sign a release form and you will accumulate Community Service Hours.
We also have the 5th Annual Zombie Walk for Sharing and Caring on October 19th Volunteers needed from 1:30pm – 9:30pm in shifts. We have set-up, Sign-in table, clean-up. Need Walk leaders and this Sat. 12th a Thriller Dance Instructor.

The Fort Walton Beach Jaycees are open for anyone age 18-40 who wants to develop leadership skills through community service projects. We also have a Vein Drain Blood Drive, A Free Kid’s Day, Zombie Walk that we would love to have more volunteer help.
With the help and support of volunteers and sponsors, the haunted house raises money that is put back into the community with projects like our signature Give-a-kid-a-Christmas and Thanksgiving Baskets.
