SMILE EMPTY SOUL “CHEMICALS” OUT ON TWO DISCIPLES ENTERTAINMENT

Smile Empty Soul is heading back to Destin on October 20th.  It is guaranteed to be another great show at Club LA thanks to Rock Destin and 103.1 The Blaze.

Headlining U.S. Tour

California alternative rock trio Smile Empty Soul has released its sixth studio album Chemicals today on Two Disciples Entertainment. The record can be purchased on iTunes  and Amazon.com.

Chemicals marks the first release on Two Disciples Entertainment, the band’s new imprint, which, in conjunction with Pavement Entertainment, will see the group controlling all aspects of marketing and promotion for the new record and impending tours.

“It feels great to be releasing our sixth album, especially since this one is on our own label,” said guitarist/vocalist Sean Danielsen. “For the first time we’re totally in control, doing what we feel needs to be done.”

According to the vocalist, fans can expect the same emotional rock the band has delivered since its inception in 1998, but with an evolved edge, sharpened from over a decade on the road. “Chemicals still has our signature sound,” he adds, “but it has its own feel apart from our other work. It’s a very raw album for today’s standards.”

Smile Empty Soul will kick off its headlining “The ‘Merican Chemicals Tour” tonight in Joplin, Mo. in support of Chemicals. A full list of confirmed tour-dates can be seen below.

Since its self-titled debut album on Atlantic Records in 2003, Smile Empty Soul continues to be one of the most relentless, DIY bands in the industry. With countless successful tours, a top 10 single and a certified gold record under its belt, the band will continue its legacy this fall with the release of Chemicals.
