GCSC presents “An Evening of Showtunes Fundraiser at Majestic Beach Resort”

Panama City, FL – The Visual & Performing Arts Division at Gulf Coast State College and the Martin Theatre present “An Evening of Showtunes at Majestic Beach Resort.” The performance will be held Saturday, February 1, from 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. 

 “An Evening of Showtunes” supports the GCSC Foundation Ray H. Stanley Memorial Musical Theatre Scholarship Fund. “We are doing this as a way of keeping Ray’s memory alive by helping future students who share his passion,” said Jason Hedden, Visual & Performing Arts Chair. Ray Stanley was a theatre major at Gulf Coast and one of the founders of the GCSC Players, a student theatre organization. The performers are current and former GCSC students as well as local musical theatre performers.

 The event will be held in the Majestic Beach Resort Ballroom located at 10901 Front Beach Rd. in Panama City Beach. Tickets for the event are $20 and can be purchased at www.martintheatre.com.
